We’re excited to celebrate Independence Day and America’s 250th birthday with you! To help everyone have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable event, please review the following guidelines before you arrive.

Admission

Presale Tickets: Please have your QR code ready to be scanned upon arrival.

If you did not purchase presale tickets, admission on July 4th is $35 per vehicle.

This is a ticketed vehicle-entry event only. Walk-in guests and guest drop-offs will not be permitted.

Cash and credit cards are accepted, if using card tax is applicable
Winery Service

The indoor tasting room will be closed all day.

All food and beverage service will be available from our outdoor service windows.

Nomad BBQ & Kitchen will be serving a limited event menu.
Seating
-
Patio seating is limited.

Please bring lawn chairs or blankets if you’d like additional seating.

Seating is first come, first served. No reservations will be accepted.
Tents & Umbrellas

Pop-up tents and umbrellas are welcome.
-
They must not block anyone’s view of the stage and must be taken down before the fireworks begin.
Outside Food & Beverages

No outside food or beverages are permitted on winery property.

Sealed bottled water is permitted.

Personal tumblers are welcome but must arrive empty.

Complimentary water refill stations will be available throughout the event.

Coolers and bags are permitted but are subject to inspection upon entry.
Available for Purchase
We’ll have wine, craft beer, hard cider, wine slushies, soft drinks, bottled water, and delicious food available throughout the day.
Guests & Safety

Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please do not leave children or pets unattended in vehicles.

Leashed dogs are welcome—please clean up after your pet.

Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited on winery property.

Leaving winery property with an open alcoholic beverage is prohibited by law.
Security & Winery Policies
Security will be on site throughout the event to ensure compliance with winery policies and Indiana law.
Guests who bring or consume alcoholic beverages not purchased from Belgian Horse Winery, or who are disruptive, disorderly, or disrespectful, will be required to leave the property. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior creates an unsafe or unpleasant environment.
Inclement Weather Policy
The safety of our guests is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, all patrons will be asked to immediately return to and remain inside their vehicles until conditions are safe. Please follow all instructions from event staff, security personnel, and emergency officials. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to keep everyone safe.
